Delivery Issues
- If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Damaged or Spoiled Products
- If your package arrives damaged or if the product is not cool to the touch upon arrival, please take a photo and email it to support@schrollsbratshop.com within 5 days of delivery so we can address the issue.
